Biography

Tobias specialises in commercial litigation and public law. He called to the Bar in 2026.

Tobias has considerable commercial litigation experience, including professional negligence, construction law and class action disputes. He also has experience in company and property law.

Tobias has a particular interest in Brexit and EU law having completed an LL.M by research at the University of Edinburgh on the subject.  

During devilling Tobias has gained experience in public law, including administration and equality law.

Prior to commencing devilling Tobias worked at a leading international law firm. As a solicitor he was qualified in Scotland as well as England and Wales.
