Biography

Shaun McPhee has a varied civil practice with an emphasis on personal injury, professional regulation, and public law.

Since calling to the bar in 2024, he has appeared as sole counsel in the sheriff courts, Sheriff Appeal Court, and Outer House, and with senior in the Inner House. He is also experienced in tribunal advocacy and in lengthy and complex cases before regulatory panels.
