Biography
Rhiannon called to the Bar in 2026 as a Lord Hope Scholar. Before calling, Rhiannon was a solicitor with the Scottish Government Legal Directorate where she worked within economy and social protection. She previously worked at Aamer Anwar & Co, where her practice included public inquiries, fatal accident inquiries, criminal defence and human rights related litigation.
Rhiannon has a particular interest in public and administrative law, including judicial review, statutory appeals, inquiries and cases concerning equality and human rights. She has experience in appearing in the Upper Tribunal and is developing a broad civil practice, including personal injury, professional negligence and professional disciplinary and regulatory work.
