Biography
Mohsen graduated from Caledonian University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Law with honours and then from the University of Strathclyde in 2007 with a Diploma in Legal Practice.
Mohsen has experience of undertaking general civil litigation work including breach of contract cases. He specialised in reparation work, acting for both pursuers and defenders. Mohsen undertook cases ranging from industrial disease, employer and occupier’s liability, animal liability, product liability and road traffic claims.
He has experience of a wide range of cases from simple procedure actions to complex high value Court of Session cases.
He has experience of public inquiries and Fatal Accident Inquiries. He is a former Procurator Fiscal and Diploma tutor. He is a current Judicial Panel Member of the Scottish Football Association. Prior to develling Mohsen served on a number of regulatory panels for the Law Society of Scotland.
