Biography

Marion Caldwell QC has considerable experience in a wide range of civil litigation, public inquiries, Fatal Accident Inquiries and professional disciplinary tribunals. She is familiar with the demands of lengthy, complex & high value litigation.

She has a particular interest in claims for catastrophic injuries, brain injury, clinical negligence and for occupational stress, bullying and harassment. Much of her work is in cases concerned with professional and medical negligence, acting both for pursuers and defenders. Marion is a CEDR accredited Mediator. In the past 12 months she has brought satisfactorily to conclusion many high value cases both after proof and at the pre-trial stage.
