Biography

Graham called to the bar in 2014 after practising for six years as a commercial litigator with Dundas & Wilson CS LLP. 

Since calling to the bar Graham has appeared regularly in the Court of Session.  He has appeared in both the Inner and Outer Houses in a wide range of matters including motions for interim orders, corporate petitions, petitions for judicial review and commercial actions including a commercial proof.  Graham has also appeared in the Employment and Immigration Tribunals as well as the sheriff court.

During his career as a solicitor Graham developed expertise in a wide range of disputes involving contract, insolvency, property, judicial review, statutory appeals, public procurement, tax, financial regulation, fraud, pensions, human rights, employment and intellectual property. 

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Graham practised as a Chartered Surveyor, initially with LaSalle Investment Management and subsequently with HSBC Investment Bank in London.
