Biography

Aimee called to the bar in 2025.

As a solicitor she specialised in the areas of Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights for over 10 years. She regularly appeared in the Immigration and Asylum tribunal and instructed Counsel in the Court of Session in relation to Judicial Review cases. She has extensive experience in asylum, immigration and deportation appeals.

During her career as a solicitor Aimee also gained experience in criminal practice where she regularly appeared in Sheriff Courts. As a devil Aimee has gained broader criminal experience.

Aimee comes from an agricultural background and has a keen interest in Land Law and Agricultural Law.

She has a breadth of experience and interests spanning both criminal and civil practice, and is available for instructions in a diverse range of cases.
