The possibilities presented by online dispute resolution will be explored by the Vice-Dean of Faculty, Angela Grahame, QC, in a lecture for the Scottish branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

The event, Arbitrating in a Virtual Environment, is free to attend and is being held in Robert Gordon University’s Sir Ian Wood Building in Aberdeen on Monday, 10 April, from 6pm.

Ms Grahame will outline and discuss the Faculty’s planned new online personal injury arbitration scheme, and look at the need to ensure a body of expertise in Scotland for the growing online legal environment.
