Biography

 

Ross practises general commercial litigation, including in those areas on which he has published widely, such as banking, contract, insolvency and trusts. He has a subsidiary interest in administrative and human rights law. As an advocate, Ross has appeared in the sheriff courts and in the Outer House and the Inner House of the Court of Session; he has given oral evidence to a committee of the Scottish Parliament; and he has experience of drafting applications to the European Court of Human Rights.
