Biography

Erin practises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has particular expertise in contractual disputes, insolvency litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and sports law. She is also experienced in professional negligence claims and property disputes.

Erin was ranked in the Legal 500 during her time as a solicitor for her expertise in sports disputes. She is a member of the SFA Judicial Panel.

Erin called to the Bar in 2026, having previously spent eight years at a leading international law firm.   During her time in practice as a solicitor, she acted in complex and high-value litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts, representing businesses, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, sporting bodies and individuals across a wide range of sectors. Erin called as a Solicitor Advocate in February 2021 and made numerous appearances in the Court of Session before coming to the Bar.
