QCs to feature in vulnerable witnesses debate

TWO leading lights of the criminal Bar will help ensure all angles are covered in a debate about vulnerable witnesses.

Derek Ogg, QC, and Thomas Ross, QC, are among the expert speakers at the Dean’s Debate, Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow, which will examine: Limitation of powers to cross-examine vulnerable witnesses.

Others taking part will be Sandy Brindley, of Rape Crisis Scotland, and Nick Hobbs, from the office of the Children and Young People’s Commissioner Scotland.
