AFLA’s “Appealing” seminar proving attractive

EVERYTHING family lawyers need to know about taking cases to appeal will be explored at a seminar by the Advocates’ Family Law Association (AFLA).

The event – a practical guide to advocacy in the Sheriff Appeal Court and the Inner House of the Court of Session – is on Thursday, 15 February, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, in the Faculty’s Mackenzie Building.

Lynda Brabender, QC, will chair proceedings, with papers presented by Janys Scott, QC, and Kate Dowdalls, QC.
