A SENIOR judicial figure in England and Wales will be in the line-up at the 2017 Proceeds of Crime Conference hosted by the Faculty.
The event is a collaboration with the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association (POCLA) and its President, Lord Justice Davis (Sir Nigel Davis, QC), has accepted an invitation to participate.
The full programme has still to be announced, but Lord Justice Davis will be joined by Jeffrey Bryant, of the Crown Prosecution Service’s proceeds of crime unit, Kenneth Murray, of Police Scotland, Douglas Milne of Morton Fraser, and the Faculty’s Heather Carmichael.
The conference, chaired by Angela Grahame, QC, Vice-Dean of Faculty, is on Friday, 22 September in the Mackenzie Building.
