Biography

Richard Henderson called in 2009 and his principal practice is in personal injury and reparation.

He has appeared in many courts and tribunals in Scotland and at fatal accident inquiries. He practises in commercial litigation. For three years before calling he was a solicitor advocate appearing regularly in the supreme courts and undertaking written work. He was litigation partner in private practice for seven years and had twelve years of post qualification experience. Over many years he has spoken regularly on varied topics at external conferences and seminars. His prime interest is in occupational diseases litigation.
