Biography
Morag has experience in a wide range of public law work and is instructed by both petitioners and respondents in judicial review and statutory appeal proceedings.
This has covered, among other things, challenging legislation relating to minimum pricing of alcohol, local authorities' duties towards asylum seekers, freedom of information and free personal care for the elderly.

She has significant experience of EU law. Morag was appointed as Standing Junior Counsel to the Scottish Government in 2008. In recent years, Morag has built up a substantial practice in public procurement law. In addition to her public law practice, Morag has experience of the Commercial Court and is regularly instructed on behalf of major commercial interests in contractual and other disputes.
