Biography

Mark has extensive experience of all forms of serious and organised crime, with particular expertise in regulatory, corporate and financial crime.

He is regularly instructed in cases involving corporate financial crime, commercial fraud and embezzlement, and is experienced in both criminal and civil litigation under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency legislation. Mark is instructed in many aspects of regulatory crime, including prosecutions brought under the Firearms, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Road Traffic legislation, having particular expertise in prosecutions arising from sections 1, 2B and 3A of the Road Traffic Act 1988. He has experience of prosecutions relating to property mis-description and aviation offences. Mark has appeared in a number of courts martial for accused serving with the Royal Air Force and Royal Marines. He has appeared in a number of fatal accident inquiries and has an interest in all inquiry work.
Mark is qualified as an International Arbitrator and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, (MCIArb).
