Biography

Kristian called to the Bar after nine years as a solicitor. He qualified with Pinsent Masons LLP and for nearly six years worked for a leading US law firm in Singapore and London.

Kristian predominantly advised companies in the energy sector on complex projects and disputes. He regularly advised clients in international arbitration proceedings and on regulatory issues.

In addition to commercial law, Kristian is interested in public law and criminal law. The focus of his devilling was on public law and during this time he gained experience in equality, human rights, immigration, and asylum law. He was also involved in several commercial disputes in addition to criminal trials and criminal appeals.

Kristian was dual qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales.
