Biography
Kenneth called to the Bar in 2020, after 25 years practice as a criminal defence solicitor and solicitor advocate.
Since calling, he has been widely instructed in a variety of cases, including murder, firearms, drugs, robbery, fraud and sex crimes.
He has stepped in for senior counsel to cross-examine a vulnerable witness with an acquired brain injury, successfully argued 275 applications, citing Appeal Court authority and first instance decisions and argued objections on admissibility leading to dismissal of an indictment.
Kenneth has tutored in Criminal Court Advocacy at University of Edinburgh and has qualifications in forensic medicine and advanced advocacy.
