Biography

Ken specialises in immigration and asylum law and practice.

He has appeared frequently in statutory appeals before both the First Tier and Upper Tribunals as well as before the Inner House of the Court of Session. He has also conducted a large number of Judicial Review Hearings before the Outer House of the Court of Session  challenging immigration decisions.

He is one of two advocates members who sit in the Scottish Civil Justice Council.

He also sits as a Justice of the Peace.
