Biography
Graham has regularly conducted Criminal Trials throughout Scotland.
For over 30years he has acted as lead Counsel in all types of Cases such as Murder, Fraud, Drugs, Prison Riots and Fire arms.
He has particular experience in trials involving allegations of sexual offences. He acted for the central figure in the Orkney Ritual Satanic Child Sexual Abuse Inquiry, chaired by Lord Clyde in 1991. Graham was also lead counsel in a major trial concerning Kerelaw Residential School. The central issue was physical and sexual abuse of young and vulnerable persons by staff members over a 30 year period.
In more recent years Graham has developed an interest in Immigration and Asylum Law. He is often instructed by Scottish and English Solicitors to represent Clients at Tribunal Hearings.
