Biography

Graham's practice is predominantly land and property related with an emphasis on planning law and he has experience in planning disputes including wind farm inquiries; CPOs; enforcement appeals; and supermarket development.  

He appears regularly in rating appeals.   Graham is experienced in adjudications and arbitrations, particularly in the field of construction disputes.   He is instructed by a wide range of public bodies, particularly in disputes involving local government.
