Biography

Graeme called to the Bar in 2003, having spent 10 years in the private practice of handling reparation claims – in particular, industrial accident and disease claims.

He has continued in that line of work at the Bar and has built up a busy practice in both Pursuer and Defender reparation claims - including all forms of personal injury, industrial accident and disease, road traffic, property damage and professional and clinical negligence claims - and also defends road traffic and health and safety prosecutions. Originally from Edinburgh, Graeme lives in Glasgow, but works mainly from Parliament House. He is ranked both in Chambers UK and in the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in personal injury claims.
