Biography

Kevin has a busy reparation practice covering all aspects of personal injury, including workplace accidents and medical negligence. Kevin works predominately as the sole counsel instructed, though also regularly with senior counsel.

Prior to calling to the Bar in 2003, Kevin worked as a solicitor in Edinburgh, dealing mainly in civil reparation, property and bankruptcy cases in a busy city centre chambers practice. Since joining Faculty, he is regularly instructed in both pursuer and defender reparation, as well as in his other areas of practice, appearing in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Kevin gained considerable Sheriff Court experience before being admitted to Faculty.
