Many of those cases concern the law of contract, an area of the law in which he tutors at the University of Edinburgh and in relation to which he regularly gives CPD talks. David also has experience in regulatory matters. He has successfully represented registrants before professional bodies and before the Inner House of the Court of Session, and he is a member of the Cricket Scotland and Gymnastics Scotland Disciplinary Panels. David also has experience of the closely related field of Judicial Review, having dealt with cases involving issues of natural justice and human rights.
