Biography

Craig's expertise lies in the areas of Personal Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Commercial and Property.

Craig has a wealth of experience having called to the Bar in 1990 and previously practised as a Solicitor for seven years. 

Craig appears regularly in both the Court of Session as well as the Sheriff Court in all aspect of the legal process including Jury Trials, Proofs, Debates and Appeals.

Craig has worked with EU Institutions and in 2015 attended at the Offices of the Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion DG of the European Commission in respect of the STUC Complaint regarding the illegal enactment of section 69 of the of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.

Craig has delivered lectures on subjects such as Constitutional & Parliamentary Reform and Court of Session Procedure in locations including Dublin, Paris, Brussels, Cyprus and the U.S.
