Biography

As a solicitor she practised in a wide range of areas, including Personal Injury (both pursuer and defender), Property Damage claims, Insurance Litigation, Regulatory Crime (Health & Safety and RTA’s) and Fatal Accident Inquiries.

 Since calling, she has continued to practice in these areas.  Kate is also developing her practice in professional and clinical negligence cases.

Kate called to the bar in June 2014 after 16 years in private practice.
