Biography
Calum MacNeill has been in practice continuously since 1992, specialising in commercial, professional negligence and employment law.
He served a three-year term as an advocate depute in Crown Office and as standing junior counsel to the Scottish Ministers before taking silk in 2007.
He is an accredited mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has accepted appointments as a mediator and arbitrator. He is also on the panel of persons appointed by the Lord President to sit on the Police Appeals Tribunal.
