Robert Frazer has extensive experience in all aspects of court work and has conducted numerous proofs, debates, trials and appeals in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and High Court of Justiciary.

Prior to calling in 2012 Bobby Frazer was a litigation partner at Drummond Miller LLP where he was latterly in charge of the Sheriff Court department. 

He was a member of council of the Law Society of Scotland from 2001 to 2011, during which time he was convenor of the committees for Quality Assurance and Client Relations. He has considerable expertise in professional regulation and holds a number of part time appointments with the Nursing Midwifery Council, the Church of Scotland, Cricket Scotland and the Scottish Gymnastics Association. He also tutors in trial advocacy at the University of Edinburgh and was appointed as an ad hoc Advocate Depute for the Crown in 2015.
