Mark has particular specialism in Child Law proceedings, having conducted well over 100 contentious proofs covering complex and sensitive issues including sexual abuse, non-accidental injury, parental alienation, and convention rights issues. In 2019, Mark was appointed by the Scottish Ministers to the Panel of Safeguarders.
