Recruitment of staff at The Faculty of Advocates and Faculty Services Limited is carried out in terms of Faculty policy to provide an efficient, effective and professional service to all applicants. Furthermore it is based upon the principles of fairness and equity.

Selection criteria are based on the core competencies of the job irrespective of sex, race, age disability, sexual orientation, religion etc. No criteria which, intentionally or otherwise, are directly or indirectly discriminatory will be permitted in the selection process.
