Course Summary

The objective of this conference will be to debate how best to ensure the tracing and confiscation of illicit proceeds in the European Union. It will explore the work of national judicial and law enforcement organisations and promote cooperation with agencies in other EU Member States.

  • Major international, European and national initiatives in asset recovery;

  • Best practice for more effective administrative and judicial asset recovery in EU Member States;

  • What makes administrative and judicial recovery so difficult in practice;
