From TUPE 1981 to the inclusion of the concept of 'service provision changes' in TUPE 2006 and BIS' 'Call for Evidence', the application of TUPE to outsourcing transactions as always been a complex area. This webinar will review the recent developments and offer practical guidance to those involved in these projects.
