Intermediate
When dealing with clients in the IT business it is important to demonstrate that you are on the same wavelength as them, in terms of understanding that basics of topical issues such as cloud computing, web 2.0, social networking and open source software, and being able to communicate in terms that express this knowledge. This webinar is about getting the balance right and will deal with such topics as:
- How far does a lawyer need to go to understand that technical subject matter?
- Sources of background information
- Sector market intelligence as a legal tool
- Effective communication with one's client
