OBJECTIVES An exploration of the main issues arising from both Pursuers and Defenders in credit hire litigation with reference to recent relevant case law. The seminar is designed for both beginners and those more experienced in this much litigated area.
Topics covered will include impecuniosity, rate of hire, enforceability, period of hire and offers by Defenders of a free replacement vehicle.
PARTICIPANTS This seminar is aimed at solicitors, trainee solicitors, advocates and other legal professionals involved in credit hire litigation.
The speaker is Paola Sproul - Paola is a solicitor at Corries Solicitors (Scotland) Ltd. specialising in Reparation and Credit Hire Litigation.
