Course Summary

The Paisley Snail International Conference.

University of the West of Scotland, Renfrewshire Law Centre, the Law society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates, will host the Major International Conference of the decade in Paisley, the locus deliciti, to examine, discuss and celebrate eighty years of the law of tort, negligence and delict.

Registration and champagne reception will take place on Thursday 24 May 2012 at UWS Paisley Campus. The conferece will take place on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 May, marking the exact 80th anniversary of Lord Atkin's judgement, in Brough Hall, Paisley Campus, University of the West of Scotland, Paisley PA12HB

CPD: Attendance at the whole conference is worth 11.5 hours CPD. Attendance on the Friday only is worth 5.5 hours and Saturday only is worth 6 hours.
