Start of child law seminars

A series of seminars on contemporary issues in child law begins tomorrow (5 May) when the topic for discussion will be Contact and Contempt of Court.

The one-hour seminars are being staged by the Advocates’ Family Law Association, and will be held in the Faculty’s Mackenzie Building.

The subjects for the seminars on 12 May, 2 June and 9 June are: Safe contact in the context of domestic abuse, Child Welfare Reports – the new rules, and Children’s views – Form 9 and other issues.
