Biography

Philip Simpson specialises in tax law, including planning and litigation. He advises across the whole range of UK and Scottish taxes - direct and indirect, personal and business, with special emphasis on corporate transactions / restructuring, financial services taxation, and VAT issues.

He is a qualified chartered tax adviser, and barrister in England and Wales. His practice extends to commercial litigation where tax issues feature.
