Paul practices predominantly in commercial litigation with particular emphasis on commercial contracts, insolvency and property. He is also well placed to advise on a broader range of civil practice including contentious executries, company law and public procurement issues.
Paul studied law at Strathclyde University and obtained a degree with first class honours. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and called to the Bar in 2013. Paul fully understands the economic realities of litigation and can be relied upon to seek resolution by negotiation where appropriate and to provide sound and reliable advice when litigation is necessary. His comprehensive approach to litigation allows the client to make a commercially sensible decision.
