Biography
His practice extends to Fatal Accident Inquiries; Regulatory and Disciplinary work; as well as immigration and employment tribunals.
After graduating from the University of Glasgow in 1993, Owen practiced as a solicitor appearing in courts and tribunals across Scotland. In 2004 he obtained a Masters in Human Rights law, and came to the Bar in 2011. As a member of the Mackinnon stable of advocates he is regularly instructed in both the Sheriff Courts and High Court of Justiciary covering all aspects of criminal law.
