Biography

He has a wide range of experience in most aspects of personal injury work including RTAs, workplace accidents, industrial disease claims and also in clinical negligence cases.

He specialises in personal injury law. Prior to his calling at the bar in 2000 he worked as a Solicitor with Thompsons.  In recent years he has been instructed in cases involving asbestos exposure, public liability and employer liability cases involving legionnaires disease, and tuberculosis as well as in catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases. He has appeared for pursuers in both the Inner and Outer Houses of the Court of Session and in Sheriff Court actions. He receives instructions from most of the leading personal injury solicitors in Scotland.
