Julius has appeared predominantly in administrative law and human rights matters, both for and against public authorities.

Julius Komorowski called to the bar in 2008.  During his first three years of practice Julius gained experience working particularly in immigration, mental health, prisons and employment.  During 2011-2013 he was Law Clerk to Lord Gill.  On his return to practice, he was appointed to the panel of standing junior counsel for the Advocate General.  By virtue of that position he has appeared for HM Government in cases concerning immigration and social security; He has also appeared on behalf of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.  In 2015 he was appointed to the panel of counsel for the Equality and Human Rights Commission.  He is a reporter for Session Cases and is Convener of the Additional Support Needs Tribunal.
