Biography

Jacqueline called to the Bar in 2016, and brings to her practice a unique and valuable insight into the workings of the senior judiciary, having previously worked as Law Clerk to the Lord Justice Clerk (Lord Carloway).

During her tenure, from 2012 – 2015, she acquired broad experience of the work of the Inner House of the Court of Session, developing a particular understanding of effective appellate advocacy and strength in opinion writing.

Jacqueline has a particular interest in public law, having recently spent time working as a part-time lecturer in constitutional and administrative law.

Jacqueline previously qualified and practised as a litigation solicitor in Edinburgh.
