Biography

Christopher Haddow took silk in 1985 and has a purely civil practice, mainly in varied land and property related areas. 

He has a significant practice in valuation for rating purposes, usually instructed on behalf of ratepayers by chartered surveyors under the direct access provisions.  He also advises on landlord and tenant disputes, including rent review interpretations and dilapidations claims.    He has acted in compulsory purchase compensation claims and given regular advice on conveyancing and land registry problems.
