Details of Professional Practice

Anna Poole QC has an interest in all forms of dispute resolution.  As well as her extensive court practice representing litigants in courts at all levels, she trained as a mediator (Dublin) and in arbitration (Aberdeen University, MCIArb).  She holds appointments as Arbitrator for the Motor Insurers Bureau, and as part time fee-paid judge in the Social Entitlement Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal.  She qualified in English law as well as Scots law, and worked at Linklaters (London) and Brodies (Edinburgh) before coming to the Scots bar.  More details about Anna’s practice can be found at http://www.axiomadvocates.com/advocates/profile/anna-poole-qc
