Details of Professional Practice

Alan McLean QC has wide experience of civil practice at the Scottish bar. He has regularly acted as counsel in commercial disputes and in negligence cases (particularly cases concerning professional liability in medical, architectural, engineering and related fields).

He has acted as counsel in Scottish arbitrations concerning commercial, construction and sports law.
